Alison Fagan-Bird designed this full panel using 18widths of fabric for a customer in the Isle of Wight. The inspiration image is using several Sea Holly's for the panel in soft wedgewood blues and aqua's using a distress and bleach-out effect on the painted and photographic foreground image and monotone ivory damask effect for the background for this luxurious bedroom. Also to match were three canvases and two cuhions.

 Personalising Children's room/Bespoke fabrics

This girl’s room needed impact and pattern. Using the child’s drawings and craft work we manipulated her artwork by changing scale, colour and imagery by putting it into a repeat we incorporated a photograph of the girl's face into the pattern. The whole 270cm (w) x 270cm(h) is designed as a full panel with the pattern changes throughout.

Kuranda 3e00cOrW	The blind and deck chair to the left were created from sections of the image above. They illustrate how an image can be redesigned to formulate a repeat for fabric. The photograph was taken on the Fagan-Bird Interiors stand at the Maison et Objets show, Paris. Many different fabrics and wallcoverings can be created in this way.
