Quick make over

Initial onsite consultation consisting of around 1 hour to give verbal advice on your interior/s.

• Includes general advice on colour, brief layout, help with existing lighting and furniture.
• Looking at options to determine how you can best improve your property.
• £75 consultancy fee ( This does not include travel time and transport)

House Doctor

• Establishing objectives: budget, scope, style etc whether using trades people or doing your own DIY, staying, renting or selling.
• Onsite consultation, written list of advice and changes with recommended colour samples, assessment of layout for furniture and rough budget.
• Return visit to go through information.

Creative / sample board

• A creative combination which helps you to visualise the future transformation.
• A creative board includes:
• Survey/ scaled drawing of the room.
• Direction of look using: fabric samples, furniture suggestions, paintings, flooring, colours, lighting layout and window treatment suggestions.
• Hourly rate for extra time or extra visits

Extras

• Decorating, wall treatments and make-up of window treatments.
• Lighting programme
• Buying products i.e.; Furniture, lights, mirrors, accessories.
• Commissioning bespoke furniture Audio visual wiring
• Shopping - help buying the correct products for the room(s).
• Finishing touches - the arrangement of accessories.
• Commissioning paintings
• An hourly rate for luxury ranges you might want as extras – I would be able to advise and organise the following:

Project Management

• Introducing recommended workmen (builders, carpenters, electricians, plumbers. painters and decorators etc.).
• Inspection charges per hour (monitored then charged on monthly invoice).
